Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Luxury Savvy Ltd, we specialise in authentic, pre-owned luxury fashion. All items are individually assessed, authenticated, photographed, and described prior to sale.


Contract of Sale

When you purchase an item through our website, your contract of sale is with The Luxury Savvy Ltd. We are the seller for all legal and contractual purposes, regardless of whether the item originated from a private seller.


Change of Mind

Because all items are pre-owned and sold as described, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, suitability, or buyer’s remorse. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all descriptions, condition notes, and images before completing a purchase.


Faulty or Not as Described

You are entitled to a refund if an item is:

faulty, or

materially not as described


If you believe this applies, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt, providing clear details and supporting evidence. Each case will be assessed in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by The Luxury Savvy Ltd are guaranteed authentic.

In the rare event that an item is proven to be inauthentic by the original brand in writing, we will issue a full refund upon verification.


Online Orders & Collection

Orders placed online remain online purchases, even where items are collected in store. Our returns policy applies equally to delivery and collection orders.
