Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Luxury Savvy Ltd, we specialise in authentic, pre-owned luxury fashion. All items are individually assessed, authenticated, photographed, and described prior to sale.

Contract of Sale

When you purchase an item through our website, your contract of sale is with The Luxury Savvy Ltd. We are the seller for all legal and contractual purposes, regardless of whether the item originated from a private seller.

Change of Mind

Because all items are pre-owned and sold as described, we do not generally accept returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, suitability or buyer’s remorse. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law

Faulty or Not as Described

You are entitled to a refund if an item is:

• faulty, or

• materially not as described

If you believe this applies, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt, providing clear details and supporting evidence. Each case will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by The Luxury Savvy Ltd are guaranteed authentic.

In the rare event that an item is proven to be inauthentic by the original brand in writing, we will issue a full refund upon verification.

Online Orders & Collection

Orders placed online remain online purchases, even where items are collected in store. Our returns policy applies equally to delivery and collection orders.

 

In-Person Purchases

Items purchased in person from The Luxury Savvy are not online purchases.

As customers have the opportunity to inspect items prior to purchase, we do not generally offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, preference, suitability or buyer’s remorse on in-person purchases.
