Shipping policy
At The Luxury Savvy Ltd, every order is prepared with care and dispatched securely. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
1. Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email or text.
All orders are shipped using tracked and signed delivery services only, including Royal Mail Signed For Next Day or DHL Express, depending on the destination, item value, and service availability.
Delivery confirmation may include signature capture, GPS location data, and photographic proof of delivery provided by the courier.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to destination, customs clearance, seasonal demand, strikes, or other factors outside our control.
2. Delivery Timeframes (Guidance Only)
UK delivery: typically 1–2 business days after dispatch
Europe: 7–14 business days
USA & Canada: 10–21 business days
Middle East: 10–21 business days
Asia, Australia & New Zealand: 14–28 business days
Customs or local courier delays may extend these timeframes.
3. Duties and Import Fees
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the Buyer. Failure to pay applicable charges may result in delays, storage fees, or return of the parcel. The Luxury Savvy Ltd is not responsible for any resulting costs or losses.
4. Risk and Delivery Responsibility
Risk in the item passes to the Buyer upon confirmed delivery to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate and secure, and for selecting appropriate delivery instructions, including delivery to a neighbour or safe place where available. Where a parcel is left unattended following delivery instructions provided by the Buyer, this is done entirely at the Buyer’s own risk.
5. Missing, Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking indicates a delay, customers should first review tracking updates and contact the local delivery provider, as this resolves most issues.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but believed to be missing, the Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery scan.
Where a parcel is reported as missing after being marked as delivered, The Luxury Savvy Ltd will assist with the courier’s investigation. As part of this process, we may request supporting information, which may include completion of a courier claims form and/or provision of a police crime reference number, where required by the courier or insurer.
Any such request is made solely for investigatory purposes and does not constitute acceptance of liability, confirmation of loss, or an agreement to issue a refund.
False or misleading claims may be treated as misuse of our services and may be escalated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
6. Insurance
All orders are shipped using tracked and signed delivery services with standard courier cover included.
Customers may request additional insurance at their own cost for added peace of mind, provided this is arranged prior to dispatch. Any additional insurance arranged does not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights or The Luxury Savvy Ltd’s obligations under UK consumer law.
7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are available only in accordance with our Returns Policy and Terms of Service, including where an item is faulty, materially not as described, or confirmed to be inauthentic.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and insurance charges are non-refundable.
